We are proud to announce that Leon Smith has been appointed our new Executive Head Chef. He brings to the business a wealth of experience and a great passion for food and design.
Leon Smith has spent the last 10 years organising and producing high quality food, for many of the countries premier events, from Royal Ascot and Glorious Goodwood, through to the opening of Wembley National Stadium.
Leon has won many awards, including a Silver medal at Olympia, and Chef of the Year with two independent caterers.
